AZ REI SCHOOL, LLC (DBA AZ REI HOLDINGS), is in the process of acquiring (purchasing) 65 properties in Maricopa County, AZ. Properties are located in: Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Chandler, and Mesa. 

At AZ REI, we have developed and built an incredible system of Property Turnover (Purchase, Renovate, and Sell). In the past 5 years, we have successfully moved over 340 properties (Not including the properties we have wholesales).

Our structure; is the key to turning the properties in a timely manner. We offer 4 different TERMS: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months, with each term offering its own reward. The investment amount of our Partnerships, falls into 1 of 5 options (with a couple options over $100,000 for “Accredited Investors”: 

1) Up to $40,000

2) Up to $75,000

3) Up to $100,000

Option 4 and 5, are for Accredited Investors ONLY!

Joint Venture Partnership Opportunity

1) OUR TERM

The “3-month” term, and up to $40,000 Investment, is for our “QUICK FLIP” projects. The return for this option is 4% month over month, and up to 20% of the Profit (This RETURN is negotiable).

The “6-month” term, and up to $75,000 Investment, is for our “More in-depth FLIP” projects. The return for this option is 6% month over month, and up to 25% of the Profit (This RETURN is negotiable).

The “9-month” term, and up to $75,000 Investment, is for our “VALUE ADD FLIP” projects. The return for this option is 8% month over month, and up to 30% of the Profit (This RETURN is negotiable).

The “12-month” term, and up to $100,000 Investment, is for our “GROUND-UP CONSTRUCTION” projects. The return for this option is 12% month over month, and up to 45% of the Profit (This RETURN is negotiable).

All JV Partnerships are RECORDED onto the Property, in a 2nd position filing, behind the HARD MONEY LENDER (1stPosition)!

2) OPTION TO COLLECT RETURN

All Partnership have the Option to “Collect” their Principle at the successful completion of the project, or they can “ROLL”a portion , or ALL of the Principle into a new project, and just collect their share of the “PROFIT and Interest”!

This will be discussed towards the completion of their original TERM.
